› OBEPAB leaders visit to Proagroin Foundation

Mr. Davo Vodohue and Claude Gervais Assogba, Executive Director and Field Supervisor of OBEPAB, visited Proagroin - Costa Rica last May 23th to June 1st 2010.
The objective of the visit was to know the rural methodological development of the credit support operation, the technical assistance services, the logistics and trade exportation services, the requirements of quality, certification support of Internal Control System and the research advances.
The main interest for the beninese was to visit organic, fair trade and conventional small scale farms in Upala, Guatuso, Pital and Guácimo. Also the delegation visite the process plant of PROAGROIN, the actions implemented in order to have the Global Gap, Rain Forest, FLO and Organic certification rules and some agronomical issues of pineapple production.
Also, the delegation shared and reviewed documents, reports and methologies that will be adapted to Benin.
